Delivery Timeframe: Delivery is estimated to take 3-4 working days from the date of placing your order.

Confirmation Process: To enhance your experience, we make two attempts to confirm your order via both call and message. Failure to acknowledge these confirmation attempts will result in automatic order cancellation.

Postponement Policy: Should you need to postpone your delivery, we accept one rescheduling request. Any subsequent requests will lead to automatic order cancellation.
