Cash Back Policy

Thank you for choosing MB Gold for your gold-related purchases. We strive to provide you with the finest quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Cash back Policy carefully before making any purchase to understand your rights and obligations.

Please note that when reselling MB Gold’s gold ingots or coins, the cash back policy will be as follows:

• Ingots from a weight of 1 gram to 100 grams are refunded 26 EGP per gram (14 EGP from the manufacturing cost + 12 EGP stamps) as long as the product is in the cover.
• The ingot weighs ( 10 TOLAS ) "116.63 grams" 15.5 EGP per gram is refunded (14 EGP from the manufacturing cost + 1.5 EGP stamps) as long as the product is in the cover.
• The ingot weighs "250 grams" 12.20 EGP per gram is refunded, as long as the product is in the cover.
• Newborn Ingots in the shape of the Teddy Bear and The Baby Bottle  (2.5 grams). 26 EGP per gram will be refunded (14 EGP from the manufacturing cost + 12 EGP stamps) as long as the product is in the cover.
• Gold coins in all weights ( ¼ Pound - ½ Pound - 1 Pound - 5 Pounds ) are refunded 22.5 EGP per gram (14 EGP from the manufacturing cost + 8.5 EGP stamps) as long as the product is in the cover.

 

Note that if the cover is opened, only 10 EGP per gram will be refunded.
